PERTH (miningweekly.com) – ASX- and TSX-listed Chalice Gold Mines on Monday announced that the company’s shares have been approved for trading on the OTCQB Venture Market, in the US.

Chalice said that the new listing would provide the company with an efficient and transparent trading platform in the US markets, and provided the benefit of being publicly traded in the US but with lower costs and complexity than a full US exchange listing.

Through the new OTCQB listing, Chalice was hoping to engage with a broad network of sophisticated and retail investors in the US.

Chalice, which will be trading under the symbol CGMFL, holds a portfolio of gold and nickel sulphide exploration projects in Australia.
