The Buck Creek mining complex has a Joint Ore Reserves Committee-compliant measured and indicated coal resource estimate of 211-million tons of high-quality thermal coal, and has an estimated proven reserve of 16.4-million tons and an estimated probable ore reserve of 46.3-million tons.
A technical study on the Buck Creek No 2 project has shown that the mine has the potential to be a very low-development cost project.
