BI receives Certificate for Outstanding Service from Sasol

Bearings International (BI) has been presented with a Certificate for Outstanding Service and Support from Sasol in recognition of the longstanding business relationship between the two companies. BI supplies its full range to Sasol, from bearings to transmission and consumable products. It was awarded the certificate at an official handing-over ceremony at Sasol on 8 December 2016.

“This was in recognition of the overall performance of BI in relation to all of the Sasol plants we service,” Ross Trevelyan, Business Unit Head, comments. “We attribute our ongoing success to our open and honest way of conducting business. We have moved from a transactional-type business to a partnership basis, whereby we offer our value-added services to help our clients reduce their total costs, in addition to ensuring they utilise the products we supply more effectively,” Trevelyan explains.

The company’s main goals are to improve its service and product offering, to listen to the needs of its clients, and then to deliver on its promises. “We strive to be the preferred business partner,” Trevelyan highlights.
