Project Description
Beartrack-Arnett is the biggest past-producing gold mine in Idaho and hosts the second-biggest known deposit of gold in the state. The project has indicated resources of 36.62-million tonnes grading 1.15 g/t gold and inferred resources of 47.09-million tonnes grading 1.08 g/t gold.
The project involves the construction of a heap-leach gold operation.
A preliminary economic assessment (PEA) proposes the development of a 72 000 oz/y gold operation for a total of 506 000 oz of gold over an initial seven-year mine life.
