Aquabotix Is Granted United States Federal Explosives License To Develop, Manufacture, Store, And Sell Unmanned Vehicles With Explosive Capabilities.

Uuv Aquabotix ltd today announces that it has been granted a federal explosives license (“fel”) through the united states bureau of alcohol, tobacco, firearms and explosives (“atf”).

Whitney million, Aquabotix’s chief executive officer, commented, “being granted this license will enable Aquabotix to conduct activities related to the development and manufacturing of unmanned underwater and surface vehicles with explosive capabilities.

Products historically and currently developed and manufactured by the company have capabilities primarily focused on identification of targets. We anticipate that expanding our offerings to cover the neutralisation and disablement of targets will open up a much wider range of uses, contracts, and customers for Aquabotix, and obtaining this license is a key step in progressing towards that goal.”
