London-listed junior mining investment company All Star Minerals has appointed Ian Harebottle and Richard Lloyd as directors.

Harebottle is a former CEO of Aim-listed companies Gemfields and TanzaniteOne.

During his tenure at these companies, he helped the companies increase their share prices, market capitalisation and was instrumental in acquiring key assets, including the Montepuez ruby mine.

Lloyd is a fellow of the Institute of Materials, Minerals and Mining and the Geological Society, coupled with 25 years’ experience in natural resources investment banking and mining geology.
