Mondi

Mondi is an international packaging and paper group with operations across more than 30 countries. The company is headquartered in the United Kingdom and Austria, with a dual-listed structure on the London and Johannesburg stock exchanges. Mondi produces a range of products including packaging paper, corrugated packaging, flexible packaging, uncoated fine paper and pulp. The group operates integrated pulp and paper mills, packaging converting facilities and forestry operations, primarily in Europe, Russia and South Africa. Mondi employs approximately 26 000 people worldwide and generates annual revenue in excess of €7-billion. The company's business model is built around sustainable forestry and the circular economy, with a focus on renewable and recyclable materials. Mondi supplies customers in sectors including fast-moving consumer goods, e-commerce, agriculture, automotive and construction. The group was founded in 1967 in South Africa and has since expanded through organic growth and acquisitions to become one of the leading players in the global packaging and paper industry.
