Private, owner-managed company Roytec Global prides itself on delivering to its promises. The company offers a full suite of filtration, thickening and flotation technologies with manufacturing capabilities in South Africa and China, combined with a passion for excellence in technical support, project delivery and after-sales services.
Roytec’s services include laboratory and pilot plant testwork for equipment selection and sizing, flowsheet development and process performance guarantees, designs in accordance with internationally recognised standards, project execution by experienced contract managers and experienced site erection and commissioning supervisors to take projects through to client handover. Also on offer is complete training and optimisation to ensure clients are adequately trained in the operation and maintenance of the technology provided by Roytec before the company leaves site, as are a full range of spare parts and site visits by service technicians.
The company’s proprietary thickening technology includes conventional, high-rate, high-density and paste thickening, as well as CCD circuits. Roytec is also well-known for its effective pin bed and dynamic bed clarifiers.
Roytec has a long-term agreement with the Beijing General Research Institute for Mining & Metallurgy, which covers flotation technology. Roytec also has in-house belt filter experience and has partnered with Chinese filtration industry leader Nuclear Industries Yantai Toncin Group for cost-effective fabrication, as well as the production of Roytec Toncin tower presses and ceramic disc filters. The company also offers access to a full range of filter presses through its partnership with Chinese manufacturer Xingyuan Filter Company.
