Pilbara names new chairperson

Australian lithium producer Pilbara Minerals has named Kathleen Conlon, the recently retired chair of Lynas Rare Earths, as its new chairperson with effect from January 31.

Conlon will succeed Anthony Kiernan when he retires as nonexecutive chairperson at the end of next month, the company confirmed on Monday.

Kiernan has served as chairperson of Pilbara Minerals since June 2016.
