The Reserve Bank of Malawi is inviting bids for the supply, installation and commissioning of IP Hybrid PABX machines at its headquarters Lilongwe and its Blantyre branch.

Bid documents may be obtained on payment of a fee of 10 000 kwacha (about $25), or its equivalent, in a freely convertible currency. All bids must be accompanied by a security of 750 000 kwacha (about $1 850).

The deadline for the submission of bids is June 7.

The central bank is also inviting bids for the provision of informa- tion technology (IT) governance services.

The assignment will involve implementing IT governance structures at the bank.

“Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open-tender bidding procedures contained in the Government of Malawi’s Public Procurement Act,” says the bank.

Bid documents can be bought from the bank’s head office for 5 000 kwacha (about $13).

The deadline for the submission of bids is June 6.
