CLIMATE-POSITIVE HYDROGEN:

The quote about the oil age ending long before the world runs out of oil is generally attributed to former Saudi Oil Minister Sheik Ahmed Zaki Yamani. Currently, as hydrogen peeps out as a potential oil alternative, it is a quote that is being heard with increasing frequency. The fall in renewable-energy economics and the successful development of liquid organic hydrogen carrier (LOHC) technology are two developments that have accelerated hydrogen’s emergence. Futurist Jules Verne tipped seawater as a fuel source as long ago as 1874, and the hydrogen that comes from it is carbon-free. Moreover, LOHC technology has rendered the hydrogen as transportable and tradeable as oil, but without the climate-negative nasties.
