The Top Employers Institute programme certifies organisations based on their participation results from the HR Best Practices Survey. Certification as Top Employer is an intensive process, involving a comprehensive audit of the company’s performance based on supporting evidence across six Human Resources elements, consisting of 350 sub-areas, such as  People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Wellbeing and more.
