The 2023 Top Employers have been announced, and Workforce Staffing is proud to take its place as one of South Africa’s Top Employers.

Achieving such a globally renowned certification showcases the organisation’s deep commitment to playing an active role in shaping a better world of work for all, leading the way, through highly progressive HR policies and human-centric people practices.

“I am immensely proud of my team for achieving such a meaningful certification,” said Managing Director of Workforce Staffing, Mdu Dlamini. “This accolade indicates that our enhanced people and culture practices meet the highest global standards. It is a culmination of the hard work that went into putting people at the heart of everything we do in business.   Establishing strong client relationships has always been a priority, and we couldn’t have achieved this without our people. We will continue investing in the growth of our people, and prioritising their development,” Dlamini continued.

Workforce Staffing took part in the Top Employer programme, weighing up against international people’s best practices and setting the course for the ongoing advancement of its employee value proposition. Pravisha Sewcoomar, HR Executive of Workforce Staffing agrees that the outcome of such a prestigious certification is attributable to exceptional staff. “Now, our clients engage with us knowing that as an organisation we have proven to be truly people-centric. Our staff gain the satisfaction that comes from knowing that their efforts to build a truly human-oriented world of work have been validated at the highest level.”

The Top Employers Institute programme certifies organisations based on their participation results from the HR Best Practices Survey. Certification as Top Employer is an intensive process, involving a comprehensive audit of the company’s performance based on supporting evidence across six Human Resources elements, consisting of 350 sub-areas, such as  People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Wellbeing and more.

“As the former MD of Workforce Staffing, I appreciate how much this recognition means to the team,” affirmed Sean Momberg, now Workforce Holdings Staffing and Outsourcing Cluster Managing Executive. “Such a high-performing business bolsters the reputation and reaffirms the determination of all the companies in our cluster.”

Top Employers Institute CEO David Plink says: “Exceptional times bring out the best in people and organisations. And we have witnessed this in our Top Employers Certification Programme this year: exceptional performance from the certified Top Employers 2023. These employers have always shown that they care for the development and well-being of their people. By doing so, they collectively enrich the world of work. We are proud to announce and celebrate this year’s group of leading people-oriented employers: the Top Employers 2023.”
