Advanced Healthcare Services and Systems, a member of the Advanced Group of Companies, launched its newest product, VITA 4-in-1, to the South African market during the height of the Covid-19 infections earlier this year.

Trevor Fiford, manager of Advanced Health Care Program, tells Engineering News that, as a group, Advanced is intensely passionate about the healthcare and wellbeing of people. As a result, it created VITA 4-in-1, an electrolysed saline that has been scientifically refined into a product that is completely natural, nontoxic and environment-friendly. It is ideal for sanitising, decontaminating, disinfecting and sterilising the human body and surfaces.

Unlike all sanitisers on the market, most of which are toxic, VITA 4-in-1 can be used confidently as a sanitiser and an asceptisiser which makes it a unique and effective product on the world market.

VITA 4-in-1 is effective in killing all pathogens, microbes, prions, biofilm and viruses, with the US Environmental Protection Agency approving it as a disinfectant for use against the SARS-CoV-2 virus, which causes COVID-19.

“The test resulted in a 30-second kill rate, with 99.99% reduction of the human coronavirus strain 229E. We are quite comfortable that we are going to have the same effect on SARS-CoV-2,” explains Fiford.

VITA 4-in-1 is one of the most effective, safest and cost-effective sanitisers and asceptisiser on the market and can be safely and effectively used for sanitising, asceptisising, decontamination, sterilising and disinfecting.

He remarks that VITA 4-in-1 is also highly effective in killing and removing bio-film which are types of microorganisms that can grow on many different surfaces, and thrive upon moist surfaces. Bio-film can be a problem in, for example, hospitals, the medical and pharmaceutical industries, dentistry, food processing plants and water treatment plants.

“Most sanitisers do not provide for a full kill and are largely ineffective against bio-film. A 70% alcohol solution cannot kill bacterial spores or prions,” he warns.

VITA 4-in-1 is completely safe for humans and it can be applied on the face, the points of infection (nose, mouth and eyes) and the entire body, making it the perfect nontoxic sanitiser and asceptisiser for the whole family. It is 100% effective, 100% safe and 100% natural.

Fiford notes that it is one of the few products that can be used directly on the points of infection, which includes inside the mouth and in the nasal passages.

VITA 4-in-1 can also be used in the ventilation and air conditioning systems of hospitals, shopping malls, office blocks and factories to decontaminate circulated air and kill airborne pathogens and prevent airborne cross contamination.

As a proudly South African company, the Advanced Group aims to make a valued contribution to stop the spread of Covid-19 enabling South Africans to work again and assisting with the national economic recovery effort.
