New: PR 14 pin prick tool for hoses with an O.D. of up to 100 mm
For the compulsory pricking of the outer layer of gas conducting hoses for compressed air, nitrogen, etc., UNIFLEX has developed the PR 14 stationary pin prick tool – featuring an extremely sturdy construction for hoses with an outside diameter from 30 to 100 mm.
Still available: PR 10 (8 to 45 mm/also for mobile use), PR 12 (8 to 55 mm), and the accessory PR PB for hydraulic crimpers, crimping jaws with integrated prick rollers for hoses of up to 120 mm.

Copy: Karben, XX May: Subsequent to the PR 12, UNIFLEX has now developed the stationary PR 14 pin pricking device for the compulsory pin pricking of the outer layer of gas conducting hoses for compressed air, nitrogen, etc. The high-quality precision tool from the renowned German machine manufacturer is extremely sturdy so that even hoses with outside diameters from 30 to 100 mm can now be pricked – in contrast to the PR 12 which processes hoses with an outside diameter of 8 to 55 mm as well as the lighter, portable PR 10 pin prick tool which caters for outside diameters from 8 to 45 mm. All three peripheral devices can be operated with minimal force, bear, of course, the CE mark and come with a 2-year manufacturer warranty. Owners of UNIFLEX hose crimpers can alternatively continue to use the patented PR PB prick jaws. With this strong and long-life accessory, it is even possible to prick hoses of up to 120 mm in outside diameter – simultaneously at up to four sides in one quick, simple and reproducible process with continuous adjustment.
