Osborn is a leading manufacturer of crushing and screening solutions for the global mining and quarrying industries. Over 100 years in business, we have earned a reputation for quality, innovation and customer service.

Osborn offers a full range of high-quality crushers, feeders and screens, as well as internationally compliant modular structures. Our experience and expertise extends to the full manufacturing process, from concept and installation through to commissioning.

Osborn’s unrivalled machines have made their mark around the world, operating successfully in the most challenging environments. We have one of the largest, most modern manufacturing facilities in South Africa. Our dedicated service and spares department and our highly qualified field service personnel ensure seamless after-sales service and global coverage. We are committed to continuous improvement and we strive to constantly improve and innovate to most efficiently meet our customers’ needs.

Osborn is a member of the United States-based industrial group, Astec Industries. This valuable connection delivers exceptional benefits to Osborn customers as it augments our resources with the Astec Group’s extensive technologies, equipment, research and development, enabling international knowledge sharing and the transfer of skills.

The recent group restructuring and the establishment of Astec Industries Africa and Middle East (AME) will deliver further benefits for Osborn and Astec customers. The move forms part of Astec Industries’ international expansion strategy, with regional sales organisations established to improve customer interaction and support for the complete range of Astec products.  Astec Industries AME is one of these regional sales organisations and will be responsible for business relationships in Africa (excluding South Africa), the Middle East and Central Asia. The AME offices will be based in Elandsfontein, Johannesburg, with Regional Sales Managers positioned strategically within the region to support our dealer network and customers. We look forward to contributing to the continued growth of our customers’ businesses through this enhanced structure, optimised product range and support structures throughout the Astec Industries organisations.
