Aim-listed CleanTech Lithium has advised of another related criminal complaint against itself and its subsidiaries CleanTech Laguna Verde and Atacama Salt Lakes, filed by the Laguna Verde vendors to a local court in the Atacama region, in Chile.

The new case covers substantially the same matters as a prior civil legal claim launched by the vendors of the 23 mining concessions at Laguna Verde in December 2025, which relate to non-payment of a second instalment as part of a sales and purchase agreement.

CleanTech says there have been no further developments in respect of the older civil claim.

The group continues to deny allegations on all counts and does not expect this new legal action to have any impact on its operations and strategic plans.
