South Deep Gold Mine Online Auction of Redundant Assets is now open for bidding

WH Auctioneers, Africa’s fastest growing industrial auction house, has been instructed by Gold Fields to dispose of redundant assets from their South Deep Gold Mine operation via an online auction. Bidding closes on Thursday 29 August.

On offer are mine specific equipment, machine spares, structures & vehicles. The auction will appeal to scrap metal recyclers due to the large amount of metal stores, piping, steel structures, silos, spare parts etc available. Also included is a Sandvik DD210L drill rig, 2012 Dynapac smooth drum roller, Various hydraulic hammer attachments, Kawasaki Mule all terrain buggies, Mercedes-Benz 2628 crane dropside & 2x Mercedes Benz 6m3 tipper trucks.

Already gaining high interest is the passenger vehicle fleet which includes Toyota & Ford LDV’s, Toyota Corolla sedans & Condor buses.
