Since launching three years ago, Agilitude has not only built a successful business consultancy, but has also paved the way for customer experience management in Africa. This accomplishment has resulted in Agilitude being nominated as a Fast Growth Company finalist in the National Business Awards and the company’s CEO, Quinton Pienaar, named as a Top Performing Entrepreneur finalist.

Now in its 14th year, the awards are presented in association with SA’s Top Performing Publication to honour South Africa’s industry leaders through the acknowledgement of innovative business processes, product development, enterprise, sustainability and overall business success.
 
As a Fast Growth Company finalist, Agilitude demonstrated significant growth in its market sector, which was achieved through best business practices and innovation, and underpinned by a strong financial performance: “Giving power to the customer is a trend that will continue to grow.
