Haver Australia is displaying its popular F-Class vibrating screen at AIMEX, highlighting a key product offering to the industry as it is the only solution for challenging screen applications which require consistent performance to minimise vibration transmission in the structure. The revolutionary F-Class allows for multiple machines to be used in the same building without the same reinforcing measures required to house other vibrating screens. Haver Australia business development manager Steffen Silge says the four-bearing technology in the F-Class goes far beyond two-bearing screens. “The double eccentric, four-bearing shaft produces constant circular motion and consistent G-force, even under extreme conditions,” he says.

“This ensures the most effective screening action while minimising blinding and pegging. The F-Class is optimal solution for both wet and dry applications.” The double eccentric shaft creates a constant positive stroke that handles material spikes without losing momentum because, as the shaft turns, the screen body is forced to follow the shaft movement. While it travels upward, the counterbalance weights move in the opposite direction, creating an equal force to that generated by the body. As a result, the forces cancel each other out, allowing a dynamically balanced system that transmits minimal to no vibrations into the structure. This enables multiple screens to be placed side-by-side and takes away the need to build additional structures – which translates to significant CAPEX savings.

The design also keeps noise emissions lower, for a quieter system and reduced overall plant noise while still processing up to 1200 tonnes per hour. “The F-Class has a wide range of applications, including iron ore and limestone,” Silge said. “Some producers utilising the F-Class have buildings housing up to 45 units over up to eight stories, significantly minimising structural investment.” With screen sizes available from 6 by 12 feet up to 8 by 24 feet, inclines from 10-25 degrees and the ability to screen material from 150mm down to 0.84mm, the F-Class is an extremely versatile solution for challenging screening needs.
