The study summarizes survey responses from senior executives in the A&E industry on their performance in 2012 and expectations for 2013. The Clarity study assesses dozens of key operating metrics, including Net Labor Multiplier, Overhead Rate, Utilization Rate, and Operating Profit Rate, that show steadily improving financial performance for A&E firms in the United States. By comparing their organizations against high performers, firm leaders can benchmark their success against peer firms, and plan for the future based on the market outlook that is a key part of the report.

The Clarity study will be presented on the 2013 Deltek A&E Growth Tour across the U.S. with events in Boston, New York, Los Angeles, Houston, Atlanta and Chicago.
