The ClickSoftware suite of solutions provides Thiess with applications to deliver its services faster, more accurately and with sustainability in mind. The mobility solution, connecting field workers to each other and back office systems through handheld mobile devices, is driving process improvements including:

Previously, field crews used paper time sheets to review and report on work being done in the field. This took away time at the end of the day, was prone to errors, and required administration work to re-enter them into the ERP system which prolonged the billing and invoice processes.
