South African Psychometric Testing Program – The Dover Test –Latest export orders to Guinea Bauxite, West Africa and Panama Gold, has expanded its positive degree of international success.
The Dover Test (www.doversystems.co.za) with has been an industry standard for the past 30 years. Expansion into many party of the world, the Dover Test © is used for selection and assessment of psychomotor skills related to driving and operating Mining Construction machinery. Recent installations of the test have been to Mining operations in Mozambique, Tanzania, Mali, Botswana, Ghana, Burkina Faso, Sierre Leone, Liberia, Eritrea, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, with many still in the pipe line.
The Dover Test© is an unbiased, computer generated test of operator skills. These are:
Eye –hand coordination, Concentration and attention, Reaction time and behaviour, insight and basic coordination with indicators of trainability.
The 45 minute test is objective, valid and reliable as well as automatically produces reports for use by HR and training departments.
All training and support in handled by Dover Systems (International). The Dover Test is culture fair and universally usable in English and various languages such as French, Portuguese and Spanish (also Arabic)
To date more than 400 Dover Test Systems are used worldwide other than South Africa.
