Copper Lake receives C$200 000 OJEP grant
TSX-V-listed Copper Lake Resources has been selected to receive grant funding of up to C$200 000 under the Ontario Junior Exploration Programme (OJEP) from the provincial government.
This will cover up to 50% of eligible exploration costs, to a maximum of C$200 000 in respect of expenditures incurred by the company during the April 1, 2023, to February 15, 2024, on the Marshall Lake MT Conductor project.
The Marshall Lake high-grade copper/zinc/silver/gold project comprises an area of about 220 km2, north of Geraldton, Ontario.
Copper Lake has an 81.54% interest in the joint venture property, which consists of 233 claims and 52 mining leases. The project also includes 148 claim cells staked in 2018 and 2020 that are 100% owned and not subject to any royalties, which add about 30 km2 to the original property.
