Wesizwe COO steps down

JOHANNESBURG (miningweekly.com) – Platinum miner Wesizwe Platinum on Wednesday announced the resignation of COO Paul Smith, effective June 9.

Smith, who left to pursue personal interests, joined the company in January 2013.

A successor had yet to be announced.

Wesizwe was currently developing its flagship Bakubung platinum mine, near Rustenburg, in the North West.
