MiningMetals Central Asia 2023, the most representative exhibition in Central Asia in terms of exhibitors, shows strong growth again

From September 20 to 22, 2023, two large-scale and promising exhibitions for business growth will be held on the territory of the Atakent Kazakhstan Center for Business Cooperation at once: the 28th Central Asian International Mining Exploration & Mining Equipment Exhibition - Mining And Metals Central Asia 2023 and the 19th Kazakhstan International Road and Industrial Construction, Municipal Equipment Exhibition - Kazcomak 2023. The exhibitions are confident demonstrate their growth by turning around in pavilions 9, 10, 11, as well as at the outdoor exposition.

MiningMetals Central Asia 2023 and Kazcomak 2023 events provide participants and visitors with a unique opportunity to meet with existing partners, find new producers and suppliers, exchange experiences and carry out direct negotiations with interested exhibitors, get acquainted with the latest technologies and trends of domestic and foreign companies in the mining and metallurgical complex. The event promises to be a key industry event, attracting experts and professionals from all over the world.

Exposition 2023

335 exhibitors from 33 countries such as Australia, Austria, Belarus, Bulgaria, Great Britain, Germany, Israel, India, Iran, Ireland, Spain, Italy, Kazakhstan, Canada, Cyprus, China, Latvia, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Russia, Saint Kitts and Nevis, USA, Turkey, Ukraine, Finland, France, Switzerland, Sweden, Estonia, Republic of South Africa, South Korea will present machines, equipment and technologies for mining enterprises, mining and processing combines, solutions for mining safety, digitalization, automation, special equipment and much more at their stands. New developments in the field of MMC will be presented by national groups from the UK, Germany, China, Russia, Turkey, South Korea and many others. More than 40 samples of special equipment for mining will be presented as part of the street exposition.

Companies such as FLSmidth, Metso, Sandvik Mining, Weir Minerals, Nord Minerals, Interrin, Orica, Epiroc, Belaz, Kamaz, Silumin, Promgeoplast and many others will present their stands at MiningMetals Central Asia 2023. Eurasian Machinery, Kazakhstan Jinghong Engineering Machiner, Reschke Rus, Sevalo Engineering Machinery Kazakhstan, SUNLONG, Universal Machinery Group, As-Ay LTD, DOLYA, Kurylys Tekhnika, KAMAZ EURO SERVICE, SDM, SPETS-AUTO will be participants of the Kazcomak 2023 exhibition.

More than 100 companies are new participants of the exhibition

The growing interest and active development of exhibitions is facilitated by the annual growth of the mining and metallurgical complex of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which maintains a steady growth dynamics. The results of the last year in the sector are quite positive. Marat Karabayev, the head of the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development, noted that the share of the sector in the republic’s GDP is almost 9%. In 2022, 19 new investment projects worth 232 billion KZT were implemented in the industry with the creation of 3.5 thousand permanent jobs. In 2023 and beyond, it is also planned to commission new capacities and enterprises in the sector, which also contributes to the development and strengthening of mining and metallurgy companies in the market. In January-May 2023, the mining industry produced products worth 8,791.9 billion KZT (46.8% of the total volume).

Business program

Exhibitions will traditionally be accompanied by a rich business program. On the first and second days of the event, the “Modern trends and technologies in the MMC: innovations, ecology and digitalization” conference will be held directly in the exhibition pavilion. Dozens of speakers, among whom there will be representatives of state bodies, practicing experts, representatives of the largest industry associations and unions, will take part both in the conference and in training master classes, round tables. At the same time, admission to all events is free for listeners.
