Mpumalanga-based SGB Industrial Cleaning has grown significantly since it was established in 2011, and now boasts a client list featuring the names of some of South Africa’s biggest mining companies.

The company is a service provider to the power generation and mining and manufacturing industries. Its services include dam dredging and excavation, high-pressure cleaning, high-pressure gun jetting and high-pressure vacuuming services.

Sales and marketing manager Rory Roux says SGB has successfully completed projects with organisations such as Eskom, Anglo American, Assmang Chrome, MSOBO Coal, Glencore, Jedd Mining, Delmas colliery and Coal of Africa Limited.

The company currently has ongoing projects at Eskom, Anglo American, MSOBO Coal and BHP Billiton.

Roux believes that SGB’s success is the result of its focus on quality service and attention to detail.

“Our aim is to continue to expand our leadership role in the industrial cleaning sector, as well as to ensure the longevity of our company through repeat and referral business by delivering the highest level of quality service to our customers,” he states.
