Integrated logistics service provider Concargo remains resilient and flexible, and stands ready to show its potential for ingenuity, collaboration and cooperation in servicing the local market, as well as sub-Saharan and equatorial Africa, says CEO Dean Page.

“There is an overabundance of warehousing space available throughout South Africa, from small towns to large cities to all metropolises, with probably about 50% capacity across the board. We service surrounding countries by road,” he explains.

Concargo leverages its technology and trained staff to be a premier provider of supply chain solutions and value-added logistics fulfilment planning throughout southern, sub-Saharan and equatorial Africa.

The company mainly focuses on activities associated with moving dry cargo, with its industry-focused teams of efficiency specialists providing rapid due diligence on all enquiries from any industry.

Page highlights that, while fast-moving consumer goods has remained Concargo’s strongest growth area, the company is aiming to grow in a range of industries through various associated businesses in the Concargo group.

“Automation, the Fourth Industrial Revolution and blockchain are progressing at lighting speed to create a convergence of intralogistics independence and isolation. We operate on an ongoing research and development and a continuous improvement cycle throughout the end-to-end turnkey supply chain, and provide perfect-fit solutions in any area, except what we have declared as prohibitive on our website,” he concludes.
