Energia Minerals Ltd is pleased to report that final wet chemical assays have been received for an additional 11 mineralised holes at the Carley Bore deposit within its 100%-owned Nyang Project, including some of the best results seen to date from the November drilling program. The new results, most of which are come from the Eastern Mineralised Zone and the western extension to the Carley Bore deposit, include significant intersections of 10 metres @ 545ppm U3O8 in hole LYAC0379 and a high grade result of 4 metres @ 1,353 ppm U3O8 in hole LYAC0419 within the EMZ. Both of these intersections are located outside the limits of the current Carley Bore Inferred Resource (13.8Mt @ 390ppm U3O8 for 12Mlbs of contained U3O8 at 200ppm cut-off), highlighting the significant exploration upside at the project. The other high grade result of 5 metres @ 450 ppm U3O8 in hole LYAC0372, backed up by a wide zone of lower grade mineralisation 100 metres to the west, has demonstrated that there is potential for a further extension to the Carley Bore deposit to the north which will be drill tested during the next drilling program.
