Leading African infrastructure development Group, Bigen, has appointed the highly respected, experienced and well known Motswana, Rre Jubilee Mokgosi as Country Manager for its Botswana operations.

Jubilee has more than 30 years of outstanding engineering and project management experience supported by a Bachelor of Civil Engineering (BCE), a Master’s of Science in Civil Engineering acquired from City University, London, and an MBA from the University of Botswana.  His excellent people rapport and well established network of connections in both the Botswana public and private sectors, has seen him holding the position of construction sector Chairman of the Botswana Confederation of Commerce, Industry and Manpower (BOCCIM).   In this capacity, he represented the Botswana construction sector at the High Level Consultative Committee chaired by the State President. He also served as a National Transport Advisory Board Member and as a Council Member at the Botswana International University of Science and Technology (BIUST).

“Bigen’s strategic focus in water and sanitation, health, transportation and logistics, energy, agriculture and real estate has earned the Group recognition as one of the most resilient, respected and responsible infrastructure development organizations on the continent.  The Group is specifically acknowledged for its commitment to supporting countries in Africa to deliver their Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in these sectors,” says Bigen Global MD, Dr McLean Sibanda.  “We are thrilled to enhance our already long standing and highly revered relationship with the people of Botswana through Jubilee’s appointment which is in line with our policy of indigenisation and localisation within the countries where we operate.”
