Aim-listed Vast Resources has appointed Paul Fletcher FD with immediate effect.
He has been CFO of the company since February.
Fletcher, who has 25 years’ experience working in the commodity and financial services industries, succeeds former FD Roy Tucker.

Paul has demonstrated expertise and commitment to Vast ever since his appointment as CFO and has already made a significant contribution to the company. I believe that his appointment to the board will strengthen the company in this next important phase of the company’s history,” comments CEO Andrew Prelea.
Vast holds an interest in diamond mining assets in Zimbabwe, as well as in gold and base metals mining operations in Romania.
