Tharisa in talks to buy out minority shareholders in subsidiary

London- and Johannesburg-listed chrome and platinum group metals miner Tharisa has informed shareholders that it has entered into negotiations to potentially buy out minority shareholders of Tharisa Minerals.

Tharisa currently owns 74% of the subsidiary’s issued ordinary share capital.

The company says no certainty on the outcome of these negotiations can be determined just yet.
