PERTH (miningweekly.com) – ASX-listed services provider SRG Global has inked a A$90-million multidisciplinary asset services contract with aluminium major Alcoa.
The services will be provided at Alcoa’s Kwinana refinery, in Western Australia, with the contract to run for a period of five years.
“We are very pleased to have now executed this contract. This is a very significant contract award for SRG Global in our asset services division, and showcases our ability to deliver multidisciplinary integrated solutions for tier one customers,” said SRG Global MD David Macgeorge.
“We look forward to building a long-term partnership with Alcoa to deliver value-engineered maintenance and access services that drives value for their operations.”
Site mobilization is well advanced, with contract services set to start in February this year.
