Sibanye lead independent director Rick Menell

JSE- and NYSE-listed gold miner Sibanye-Stillwater has established a Board Investment Committee to guide and oversee the allocation of capital in the company’s investment activities.
Rick Menell, Sibanye lead independent director, has been appointed chairperson of the committee and Timothy Cumming as deputy chairperson.
The committee constitutes entirely of independent nonexecutive directors − Keith Rayner, Savannah Danson, Harry Kenyon-Slaney, Jerry Vilakazi and Sindiswa Zilwa.
