OSaS assists companies to implement and/or improve the use of operational information systems. We aim to increase productivity, reduce stocks, and significantly reduce planning and scheduling efforts through the improved use of operational data and systems.
We assist our clients to better utilise existing systems or recommend systems to meet current and future needs, developing an operational information roadmap covering the areas of production planning and scheduling, inventory planning and tracking, production tracking, structuring of routing information, Bills of Materials, analysis of data from operations, and Lean concepts. The ROI for many of these systems can be measured in weeks and months.
