Jubilant Speckman has resigned as CFO and executive director of Salungano Group – previously known as Wescoal – for personal reasons.
She will leave the company within the next six months and has committed to helping the board of directors with an orderly handover of her duties.
The board will soon embark on a recruitment process for a successor.
"The board and management team would like to thank Jubilant for her valued service, considerable contribution and dedication to the company, and wish her well in her future endeavours," Salungano said in a statement on April 14.
