JSE-listed AngloGold Ashanti has appointed Maria Ramos an independent nonexecutive director, effective June 1.
Ramos will serve as a member of the Investment Committee, as well as the Social and Ethics and Sustainability Committee.
She joins the company after retiring as Absa CEO at the end of February.
