Quantum signs offtake deal at Uley 2

PERTH (miningweekly.com) – ASX-listed Quantum Graphite has inked an offtake agreement for all of the flake graphite produced at its Uley 2, Stage 1 project in South Australia.

The company on Monday announced that it had signed a binding offtake agreement with Switzerland-based global metal and minerals trading group MRI Trading for a period of five years.

The Stage 1 project is expected to produce a minimum of 55 000 t/y of high purity coarse flake over a mine life of 12 years.

The offtake agreement is conditional on the start of production by the end of December 2026, and Uley 2 delivering to specification.
