Power Metal Resources has increased its ownership interest in Aim-listed gold and nickel explorer and developer Katoro Gold’s Haneti nickel project, in Tanzania, to 35%.
Katoro now holds 65% ownership.
Katoro and Power Metal are working together to make the necessary changes of ownership in the project holding companies and also in underlying joint venture documentation, a statement on August 20 confirmed.
