The shares of North American gold mining company Osisko Development will start trading on the NYSE on Friday, the company has announced.
Osisko Development, which was spun out of Osisko Gold Royalties in 2020, will retain its listing on the TSX-V.

We continue to focus on value creation for our shareholders, and listing on the NYSE provides our US-based shareholders with direct trading while also improving our access to capital,” said CEO Sean Roosen.
Osisko Development’s flagship asset is the Cariboo gold project, in central British Columbia.
