JSE-listed Northam Platinum has completed a private placement of domestic medium-term notes to the value of R500-million under its R5-billion domestic medium-term note programme.
The new notes will mature over one year from the date of issue.
Following the placement of the new notes, the total notional value of notes in issue under the programme will be nearly R2.33-billion.
