People in Nigeria have been paying tribute to Nelson Mandela. Tens of thousands attended churches and other places of worship across the country on Sunday. Nigeria's President Goodluck Jonathan has declared three days of national mourning to commemorate the former South African leader. Al jazeera's Yvonne Ndege sat down and spoke to President Jonathan about Mandela's legacy.
