PERTH (miningweekly.com) – Engineering firm Monadelphous has reported a fatality at its workshop services facility, in Kalgoorlie.
The ASX-listed company told shareholders that it would be conducting a thorough investigation into the accident, which took place on Saturday, and will be working with the relevant authorities.
“We are deeply saddened by the loss of our colleague in the close-knit community of Kalgoorlie. We extend our sincerest condolences to our employee’s family, friends and colleagues during this very difficult time,” said MD Rob Velletri.
