Precious metals miner, developer and explorer Minera IRL has engaged Haywood Securities to act as financial adviser in support of the company’s plans to finance the development of its Ollachea project, in Peru.
The financial adviser will also assist with the repayment of balances owed to Corporacion Financiera de Desarrollo.
According to Minera's website, studies have demonstrated the potential to build a low-cost underground gold mining operation at Ollachea.
