Lucapa sells seventh parcel of Lulo diamonds

PERTH (miningweekly.com) – Diamond miner Lucapa Diamonds has sold its seventh parcel of diamonds from the Lulo project, in Angola.

The parcel of 1 339 ct of alluvial diamonds generated gross revenues of A$2.1-million, representing an average selling price of A$1 571/ct.

Lucapa on Monday said the latest sale brought the total proceeds generated to date from the sale of Lulo diamonds, weighing a total of 9 377 ct, to A$17.9-million.
