TSX-V-listed Lithium One Metals is expanding its portfolio near the Patriot’s Corvette discovery, announcing on Friday that it has reached an arms-length agreement with Glenn Griesbach to acquire the Lac Astrid lithium project, in north-western Quebec.
The Lac Astrid project is composed of 70 mineral claims covering about 3 600 ha, located in an active hard rock lithium pegmatite area in the prolific James Bay mining area of Quebec.
The property lies 11 km east of Patriot’s Corvette Lithium discovery, within the 50 km “CV Lithium Trend” which Patriot Metals describes as an emerging spodumene pegmatite district discovered by its exploration team in 2017.
