A scoping study has concluded that the construction of an opencut mine at Lady Colleen is viable. Lady Colleen could produce about 44 000 t of copper, from heap-leach and flotation processing methods, at a cutoff grade of 0.7%, over a five-year period.

The production rate and mine life are expected to increase with continued resource definition and extensions.
