Kwikspace was contracted to manufacture, supply and erect ten mobile units for use at a new mine in Mpumalanga. First Operational Buildings The four single-wide and six double-wide prefabricated modular units were the first operational buildings to be installed on site. They were completed and handed over during 2018 within a specified three-month timeline. One double-wide unit (7 m × 7 m) is used as the induction office and is located near the entrance, while the other five comprise the site office block. Two of the single-wide containers (3.5 m × 3.5 m) comprise the ablution facilities for the office block and, of the other two, one serves as the security guard hut at the site entrance and the other as the ablution facility for the guard hut and induction office.
