Aim-listed Kropz has announced further sales of 33 000 t of phosphate concentrate from Kropz Elandsfontein, in South Africa, during June, bringing sales to date to 130 000 t.
Kropz also notes that while the annual audit is still ongoing and is well progressed, it will not be in a position to publish its annual report and accounts for the year ended December 31, 2022, by June 30 – the deadline specified by Aim Rule 19.
Consequently, its shares will be suspended from trading on the Aim with effect from July 3, pending publication of the full-year 2022 annual accounts.
Kropz expects to publish these in July.
