London-listed Kropz says nonexecutive director Machiel Reyneke has retired effectively immediately.
He represented the African Rainbow Capital (ARC) Fund on the Kropz board since 2018.
In turn, Gerrit Duminy has been appointed a nonexecutive director, as ARC’s representative.
Duminy also holds directorship positions at investment company Gemcap Investment Management and transportation service Linebooker.
He is currently an associated deal executive at UBI General Partner, UBI being a general partner and manager of ARC, with ARC being Kropz’s major shareholder at 93.2%.
