Gold mining company Kirkland Lake has appointed the co-founder, MD and chairperson of precious metal mineral processing firm Gekko Systems to its board.
Elizabeth Lewis-Gray is the Canadian miner’s first corporate director from Australia, where the company owns the Forsterville mine and is contemplating reopening assets in the Northern Territory.
“We are delighted to welcome Elizabeth to Kirkland Lake Gold’s board of directors. She is a successful entrepreneur whose extensive business experience will be extremely valuable for our company as we continue to grow our operations in Australia and Canada,” comments chairperson Jeffrey Parr.
Gekko Systems' head office is based in Victoria.
